30-Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the item(s) you received, you may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to approval by our customer support team.


Eligibility for Returns

 Approved Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • No returns for items that have been altered, cleaned, or damaged post-delivery.

 Non-Returnable:

  • Personalized/customized products (unless defective).

  • Items marked "Final Sale".


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email jojo@ausjojo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll send a prepaid return shipping label (if eligible) and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Attach the label and send to:

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: JOJOShop covers return shipping.

  • Non-Quality Issues: Customer pays return shipping. Fees vary by region—contact us for details.


No Restocking Fees

We charge zero restocking fees on approved returns.


Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

    • PayPal: 3 business days.

    • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–10 business days (bank processing times apply).


Exchanges

Order Cancellation

  1. Request Window: Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

  2. Pre-Shipment: Free cancellation if order hasn’t shipped.

  3. Post-Shipment: Buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
