1. What is a floater frame canvas?
A floater frame canvas is mounted inside an outer wooden frame with a small, intentional gap around the artwork. The gap makes the canvas appear to float inside the frame and keeps the full printed edge visible. It is part of the design, not a defect or assembly problem.
2. Is the artwork hand-painted or printed?
Our artwork is professionally printed on premium-quality canvas. It is not an original hand-painted painting. The printed canvas is mounted and finished with a wooden floater frame. Product images and specifications show the available design, frame color, and finished size.
3. Does the listed size include the outer frame?
Yes. The dimensions shown on the product page are the complete finished dimensions, including the outer floater frame. Because each piece is assembled individually, minor measurement variations may occur.
Before ordering, mark the complete dimensions on your wall with removable painter's tape. Use the tape only to preview the size, not to hang the artwork.
4. How do I choose the right size for my wall?
Measure the available wall space and the furniture below it. As a general guide, artwork above a sofa or bed often looks balanced at about 60%–75% of the furniture width. Above a console or mantel, choose a piece slightly narrower than the surface below it. Vertical artwork suits narrow walls, while horizontal artwork usually works better on wide walls.
Leave about 6–10 inches between the bottom of the artwork and the furniture below it, then check the outline from several places in the room before ordering.
5. When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery includes 1–2 business days for production and preparation, followed by 5–14 business days for shipping. The estimated total is about 6–16 business days.
Once the order ships, you will receive tracking information. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, remote destinations, customs, and carrier delays may affect the arrival date. Expedited shipping, when available, shortens transit time but does not remove the production period.
6. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible after delivery and keep the artwork and original packaging while we review the issue. Please send:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the complete artwork
- Close-up photos of the damaged area
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- A short description of the damage
After the shipping damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
7. What is your return and refund policy?
Eligible standard products may be returned free of return shipping charges within 30 days of delivery. The artwork must be unused, unmodified, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging after approval by our support team. There are no restocking fees on approved returns.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once an eligible return is received, inspected, and approved, we process the refund within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation is free if the order has not shipped. If it has already shipped, the return process applies.
9. Does the artwork arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Hanging hardware is pre-installed on the back. Wall nails, picture hooks, screws, and anchors are not included because the correct fastener depends on the wall material and artwork weight.
Use the back hanging hardware with a suitable wall nail, picture hook, anchor, or load-rated mechanical no-trace picture-hanging nail. Large pieces should be installed by two people. Check that the fastener is rated for the artwork and that the piece is level before releasing it.

11. Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
We aim to display colors accurately, but small differences can occur because of screen calibration, brightness, room lighting, surrounding colors, and the texture of printed canvas. Lifestyle images show placement and scale; product close-ups provide a closer view of the artwork itself.
If the received artwork looks significantly different from the product shown, contact us with photographs so we can review it.
12. How can I preview the artwork on my wall?
- Check the complete finished dimensions on the product page.
- Measure the intended wall space.
- Mark the outer dimensions with removable painter's tape.
- Compare the width with nearby furniture.
- View the outline from several places in the room.
Room mockups are visual references. Perspective, furniture scale, and screen size can make artwork appear larger or smaller, so use the listed measurements when choosing a size.
13. How do I clean and care for my artwork?
Dust the canvas and frame gently with a clean, soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not scrub the surface or spray water, alcohol, solvents, or household cleaners onto the artwork.
Keep the piece away from prolonged direct sunlight, high heat, open flames, excessive moisture, and rapid temperature changes. Hold it by the frame when moving it, protect the corners and canvas surface, and store it upright in a clean, dry place.
If the canvas becomes loose, dented, warped, or damaged, contact us before attempting a repair.
