Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on all orders. There is no standard shipping charge added at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing, local carrier delays, holidays, weather, or incorrect delivery information.

Duties and Import Taxes

Our international shipping routes use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. Duties and import taxes are handled through the order and shipping process, so customers will not be charged them again when the parcel is delivered. If a carrier requests an additional duty or import-tax payment, please contact AUSJOJO before paying.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking activity may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our return policy. For approved non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
