AUSJOJO provides free shipping on all orders to supported destinations. Available delivery destinations are confirmed during checkout. No separate standard shipping charge is added.

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates can vary by destination, customs processing, weather, peak seasons, and carrier conditions.

AUSJOJO uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery for cross-border orders. Any applicable taxes and import duties are collected at checkout, and customers should not be charged those amounts again upon delivery.

If a carrier requests an unexpected tax, duty, or customs payment, please contact AUSJOJO before making the payment.

After your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may require 1–2 business days to begin showing carrier updates.

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, the parcel arrives damaged, or the order is missing or incorrect, please contact AUSJOJO with your order number.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable.
